2023年， 我三十二岁了。 作为一个成长在中国，并在美国生活了十年的新移民来说。我看到了世界的不同，文化的差异，社会体制，和意识形态的冲突。在大的环境中，国与国之间，竞争较量。人与人，争竞，冲突。在这样的年代，我们额外地渴望和平，渴望人与人之间的相互信任；渴望爱的充满，渴望自己是一个有价值的存在，让周围的人，和我们自己都感到幸福。但是我们行不出来。不论是社会还是家庭都难免有各样的冲突，让人极度不安，针对这些情况，神又是怎么教导我们的呢？“使人和睦的人有福了！因为他们必称为神的儿子。”（马太福音5:9）
According to the Bible, the root of our struggles lies in the bondage of sin. We can look at sin in a couple of ways: our inherited original sin, and sin that we committed on our own.
从创世以来，神与人的关系，就已经是确认了的。我们人类，是从神而出来的；神是创造者，而人是被造者。我们是从神而生，而神，就是我们的父，是我们的根源。不断亲近神，我们就能找到我们内心最渴望的爱与平安。
在人类的历史上，神，一直在向人呼召：要回转向他。因为他是我们人类的根源，我们却不留意，不认识。这是一个多么严重的失误啊！
而主耶稣来到这个世界上，也正是为了，要我们重新回到与他的根源当中去。
要照所安排的，在日期满足的时候，使天上地上一切所有的，都在基督里面同归于一。（以弗所书1:10）
神是通过，道成为肉身，替我们受审判，来与我们合一的。而当我们，与神合一的时候，我们就回到了自己的根源当中。我们在受洗，接受了就恩之后，就归到了这个合一里面。
面对我们自己曾犯的罪，如果我们还想得到平安，我们就必须要行在主里，过分别为圣的生活。“圣灵所结的果子，就是仁爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信实、23 温柔、节制；这样的事没有律法禁止。”（加拉太书5:22-23）平安是爱的结果。没有爱就没有平安，神的圣灵不仅与罪为敌，也帮可以帮我们穿戴属灵的军装来战胜世上的罪。
“我说：你们当顺着圣灵而行，就不放纵肉体的情欲了。因为情欲和圣灵相争，圣灵和情欲相争，这两个是彼此相敌，使你们不能作所愿意作的。但你们若被圣灵引导，就不在律法以下。” （加拉太书5:16-18）
如果我们可以顺着圣灵，去接受圣灵的引导；我们就可以在这个世界上，做一个有爱的，有平安的基督徒。而等到日期满足的时候，等到主耶稣第二次再来的时候，我们就能够进入到，那永恒的归一，也就是天国！
