This was the case for me not long ago. Living apart from my parents, our only means of communication is through video calls, which only makes them worry about me more. Recently, they kept inquiring and urging me about my studies and work situation, and their ideas clashed with my own, leading to arguments. But then, I came to understand that it all stemmed from their concern for me. How could I blame them? However, due to my shyness, I didn&#8217;t know how to apologize. Eventually, I mustered up the courage to video call them, only to find out they too felt sorry, realizing just how much they worried and loved me.<\/p>\n<p>Simply being aware of the issue isn&#8217;t enough if I want to mend relationships. It requires the courage to act, akin to the Prophet Nehemiah when rebuilding the walls. They faced numerous challenges, from the enormity of the task to mockery from others. Yet, they didn&#8217;t dwell on these difficulties; not only did they rebuild the wall, but they also completed it in just fifty-two days.<\/p>\n<p>So, in repairing relationships, we shouldn&#8217;t worry. I&#8217;ve learned to let go, to release bad memories, preconceptions, and pride. And to fill the gaps with others using soft words and a gentle demeanor, touching their hearts. Most importantly, I must change my own behavior, becoming the salt that harmonizes with others and the light that guides their path\uff0cthis is the teaching of Jesus to us.
