In the process of resolving them, we may compromise our overall life balance.&nbsp; Achieving overall life balance is a matter of addressing personal goals, priorities, and attitude towards life. Although God has given us wisdom to deal with all kinds of problems, we are often spiritually blind to see solutions. We lose time for self-care, mess up our interpersonal relationships, and forget to show gratitude for God\u2019s grace. So, how can we revive and maintain our overall life balance?<\/p>\n<p>Since God is the source of all creations, He has the power and ability to solve our problems. God understands our needs.&nbsp; Of course, we should do our best to set our overall life balance goals, manage our time, practice mindfulness, get enough sleep, and exercise regularly. We should also love our loved ones, find ways to reduce our stress, and seek professional help if we are struggling and desperate.&nbsp; But do we have the energy, motivation and joy while trying to achieve overall balance in life that nurtures our spirit too?<\/p>\n<p>Nurturing our spirit is more than just having the ability to fix problems.&nbsp; Nurturing our spirit helps us reset our expectations in life&#8211;to be content no matter what and be able to rejoice under the most challenging circumstances.&nbsp; How and why?&nbsp; Because we are using God\u2019s values vs. worldly values and standards.<\/p>\n<p>We invite you to come to the True Jesus Church at Chicago for our Evangelical Service &amp; Spiritual Convocation. Here, you can listen to the good news of \u201cThe Kingdom of Heaven has Come&#8221; and rejoice in your life with the Lord Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit was what convinced him to join the church.
