This has left me with many regrets and missed opportunities. My weaknesses are the source of my regrets, but these regrets could have been avoided.<\/p><p><em>&#8220;<strong>For when I am weak, then I am strong.<\/strong>&#8220;<\/em> <em>(2 Corinthians 12:10)<\/em> When regrets occurred due to my weaknesses, I failed to realize they stemmed from a lack of faith. I didn&#8217;t seek God&#8217;s strength in hard times or His help in my weakness, leading to regrets from spiritual immaturity. In our weakness, we should cry out to the Lord with fervent words, for God is merciful. If our requests please Him, He will help us. When we seek God and submit to His will, we are acknowledging His control.<\/p><p>We live in the swift current of time, making everything around us quickly change. We cannot control our future any more than we can the passing of time, so we cannot know what or who is best for us. However, God, who controls time and all things, can manage this. Sometimes, when we pray for something, God\u2019s answer may not be what we expect or may not come immediately. Will we choose to submit to His arrangement then? True submission isn\u2019t just verbal agreement with reluctance in the heart; it involves deep faith, trusting that God, in His omniscience and omnipotence, cares for and loves us, and provides what\u2019s best for us. As Matthew 7:9-11 says, <em>&#8220;<strong>Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!<\/strong>&#8220;<\/em> How then do we discern God\u2019s arrangement? The primary indicator is our spiritual life; God\u2019s arrangement will always benefit our spiritual being and align with Scripture. God knows our physical weaknesses, so His plans also consider our hearts.<\/p><p><em>&#8220;<strong>For we walk by faith, not by sight<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/em> <em>(2 Corinthians 5:7)<\/em> Living by faith, not by sight, is a manifestation of faith deeply intertwined with life because the journey of faith is life itself. Faith grows gradually without shortcuts, but the crucial question is whether we are willing to rely on God to overcome all weaknesses and live through Him.
